I often get asked similar questions about my Jactivity Adventure Pack, so here I have gathered together some common questions along with some (hopefully) useful answers!

Who is Jack the Wombat?

I am a wombat, adventurer, writer, and all round good guy!  I live in Perth, Australia. I love carrots, digging, adventures, and sending adventuregrams to all my little pen pal friends.

What's included in a Jacktivity Adventure Pack?

Your child’s Jacktivity Adventure Pack will include:

  • 1 x Adventuregram from Jack
  • 1 x Reply Adventuregram to Jack
  • 1 x Adventuregram to send to a friend
  • 1 x Sheet of high quality stickers
  • 1 x Fun colouring sheet
  • 1 x Super fun educational activity sheet
What is an Adventuregram?

An Adventuregram is an illustrated postcard filled with stories of awesome adventures.

What ages are subscriptions appropriate for?

My packs are great for kids aged 4-8 years old.

How does it work?

It’s simple!

When you subscribe, on the 1st of the month, I will send your little one my awesome Jacktivity Adventure Pack (as per your chosen plan).

Included in the pack is a beautifully illustrated A5 Adventuregram from me sharing my super fun adventures for your little one to read (or share some extra special bonding time while you read it together).

In each Jacktivity Adventure Pack, I will also include a reply Adventuregram to me (filled with a few targeted questions link to my Adventuregram) and an Adventuregram to send to a friend, so your little reader can practise their writing and comphrehension skills.

You will also get a sheet of high quality stickers (because what kiddo doesn’t love fun stickers)!

To add to the excitment (and educational value) I will also include my awesome activity sheet filled with activities and jokes and my my special Jack themed colouring in picture your kiddo will be sure to love.  So while they are busy learning and having fun, sit back and enjoy some down time.

Can my little reader send you a reply?

Yes, of course! That is why I include a reply Adventuregram with every postcard I send.  Alternatively, you can have your little reader make a homemade card!  I love getting mail from my pen pals and showing them to all my friends on social media. Please send replies to the following address:

How do I sign up multiple children?

You will need to sign additional kiddos up to each plan individually to ensure I get the adequate information.

Shipping & Billing

When do you bill me?

All plans are billed on the 20th of each month.

How much does your program cost?

You can subscribe on a month-to-month basis for as little as $8.95 per month. Please see my plans to pick the right one for you Pricing Plans

All prices are in Australian Dollars.

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free within Australia.  For international shipping I charge a flat fee of $7.00 per month which will be applied at the checkout.

When are the Jacktivity Adventure Packs sent?

I post my Jacktivity Adventure Pack on the 1st of each month.

When will my little reader get their first Jacktivity Adventure Pack?

If you subscribe your little reader before the cut off date (20th of each month), then they will be sent their first Jacktivity Adventure Pack on the 1st of the next month.  If you order on or after the cut off date (20th of each month), then they will be sent their first card the on the 1st of the following month (please note this may be up to six weeks).

For example, if your order before the 20th of August, your little reader will be sent their first postcard on the 1st September.  If you order on or after the 20th August but before the 20th September, your littler reader will receive their first postcard on the 1st October.

How do I manage my subscription?

To view the full details of your subscription:

  1. Go to My Account page (or login on the home page menu)
  2. Scroll to the My Subscriptions table.
  3. Select the View button next to the subscription in the My Subscriptions table; or
  4. Click the subscription number under the Subscription column in the My Subscriptions table.

On this page, you can: a) View, and b) in some cases change, the subscription’s:

  • status
  • start date, next payment and end date (if any)
  • recurring totals (i.e. the total amount charged each renewal)
  • payment method
  • order history, including the original order used to purchase the subscription (if any),and renewal orders
  • contact email
  • billing and shipping addresses
How to I update my shipping address?

To change the shipping address used for a single subscription, you need to:

  1. Go to you My Account > View Subscription page.
  2. Click the Change Address button next to the subscription.
  3. Enter the new address details in the form.
  4. Click Save Address.

How do I update my payment method on file?

To change the payment method used for a subscription:

  1. Go to you My Account > View Subscription page.
  2. Select the Change Payment Method button next to a subscription.
  3. Enter the new payment details on the Checkout > Pay page.
  4. Submit the Checkout > Pay
  5. This will then return you to the My Account page where a confirmation message will advise that the payment method has been updated.

Please note you will only be able to change the payment method if your subscription is active and you have at least one future automatic payment scheduled.

How do I cancel?

We would be sad to see you go, but you are completely free to cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to My Account page (or login on the home page menu)
  2. Scroll to the My Subscriptions table.
  3. Click the subscription number under the Subscription column in the My Subscriptions table.
  4. Click the “Cancel Subscription” button in the lower left corner
  5. Complete the required fields
  6. Click “Yes, Please Cancel”

If you are having difficulty cancelling online, please email me at hello@jackthewombat.com.au and I’ll assist you there.

Please note, in order to receive a refund, you must request one before the end of the 27th of the month (prior to the next month when our new program starts).  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for postcards that have been sent.  Depending on your subscription package some charges may apply.

How does tell a friend work?
